Increase brake pedal force


If you press hard on the brakes but fail to lock the tires, the pedal is not producing enough braking force, which is very dangerous. A car with too low braking force will lock up when it is pressed hard, but it will lose track control. The braking limit appears in the moment before the brake locks, and the driver must be able to hold the brake pedal at this level. To increase the brake pedal force, the first step is to increase the brake power assist device and replace it with a larger Air-Tank. However, the increase range is limited, because the excessively increased vacuum assist force will make the brake lose its graduality, and the brake will hit the bottom as soon as the brake is pressed, so that the driver cannot control the brake effectively and stably. The most ideal is to refit the main pump and the sub-pump, using the further use of Pascal's principle to improve the brake pedal force. Refit the pump and fixture can be matched with increasing the size of the disc at the same time, the braking force is the brake pad generated by the friction force applied to the axle, so the larger the diameter of the disc produced by the braking force is greater.
