Increase brake pedal force

If you press hard on the brakes but fail to lock the tires, the pedal is not exerting enough brake force, which can be dangerous. If the brakes are too low, a car can still lock up when stomped hard, but it also loses track control. The brake limit occurs at the moment before the brake locks, and the driver must be able to maintain control of the brake pedal at this point. To increase the brake pedal force, increase the brake power assist first and change the air-tank with a larger size. However, the increase range is limited, because excessive increase of vacuum assist force will make the brake lose its gradual progress, and the brake will be pressed to the end, so that the driver cannot control the brake effectively and stably. The ideal is to modify the main pump and sub-pump, using further use of PASCAL principle to improve the brake pedal force. When refitting the pump and fixture, the size of the disc can be increased at the same time. The braking force is the distance between the friction force produced by the brake pad and the wheel shaft, so the larger the diameter of the disc, the greater the braking force.
